Janne Mõistus

Janne Mõistus was the first belly dancer, who joined with the TürküBel in 2005.

She started to learn belly dancing in the year of 2003, when she went to the dancing school Danceact. Before that she learnt showdance.

Her first belly dance teacher was Ines Karu. Janne has also taken lessons from Khaled Mahmoud (EG), Pille Roosi (EST), Iris Frolov (EST), Amira (EST, USA), Saara Soikkeli (FIN), Aradia (USA), Angelika (USA), Virginia (USA), Hannele Aaltonen (FIN) ...

Janne other hobbies are Polynesian dances and hip hop.

Janne performed with Ines in the International Belly Dancing Convention 2007, which was held in Las Vegas.

She loves the Orient countries and the culture. Janne feels that belly dancing truly describes her.
